"Love is a Miracle" is the title of this site and what Kanroji and Iguro's story left me as a message, because meeting and loving each other meant for them a miracle: the miracle to love and to be loved as their real self.

In fact, Iguro's horrible past meant for him never be able to forget himself for having the dirty blood of his cursed family, and for her, to be refused as a girl and as a bride because of her appearance and super human strength.

They fall in love at the first sight, and the way that their relation becomes deeper and deeper is too cute, because despite the fact that Mitsuri is the Love Hashira she never eperienced love herself, so she never realized that her dear friend was truly in love with her, from the bottom of his heart. That's the reason why she thought that Iguro was a kind person and was like that with everyone, never getting and he had a brutal personality and was always kind only to her!

About him, he felt like a normal boy while spending time with Kanroji, and even if Iguro never had a big appetite, he enjoyed meals much more when he was with her. Her smiles, her kindness, her cheerfulness... everything of her made him feel saved, and he told her that her adorable and bright personality surely saved so many others around. She also said that Iguro's sweet eyes were smiling to her when she was slowly eating her meals, making them even more delicious.
Also, Iguro and Kanroji exchanged letters everyday, and she was always happy of them because he complimented her a lot and made her smile, as she made smile him and feel healed. Iguro also made Kanroji's soaks and gifter them to her because she didn't like her uniform but was too kind to complain with the person who made it, so once he made those soaks, she started liking her uniform (completed by the haori that Rengoku gifted to her) very much!

They fight together over the course of time, and even in the final battle against Muzan, they do their best to kill him, but also to try to protect each other, that is what Iguro did trying to keep Kanroji outside the battle but failing, because she had to fight until the very end, as well as him.

He loses his eyesight and she loses both her arms, so they end up dying one after another. In her last moments she was in Iguro's arms, and finally confessed her feelings. She asked him to be taken as his bride if in their next life they reborn as humans, and he acconsents.

In their next life they own a restaurant with snake decorations, where meals were extra-large! They have five sons and are very happy together, also, it seems that he's as jelous as always of her, and even intimidates their clients if they show too much appreciation for his wife!

Mitsuri and Obanai's happy ending happens in their next life, yes, but their love never stopped to live since the begin!
