Hello! Welcome to "Be your own Peace", the TFL approved fanlisting dedicated to Linus Van Pelt , the iconic and sapient friend of Charlie Brown from the series Peanuts, written and illustrated by the legendary Charles Monroe Schulz !

Linus is a character I've been particularly attached to since childhood. He's a true icon in my life, and I've often identified with him and his attachment to his blanket.

Linus isn't afraid to be considered ridiculous or to be made fun of. He loves his blanket and carries it around with him at all times, regardless of what others think. Someone like Linus is rare, and I adore his philosophical and pragmatic side, which can often seem cynical but never fails to reveal his humanity. Linus's pearls of wisdom aren't just his way of expressing himself, but above all, a way of showing others a different point of view. This is why Linus often manages to transform frustration into awareness and sadness into joy. It's something that fills the heart with all the good feelings this humanity needs.
