Hello! Welcome to "100% Complete", the TFL and the TAFL approved fanlisting dedicated to Mugino Shizuri , a splendid character from the series Toaru Majutsu no Index (better known as A Certain Magical Index) and Toaru Kagaku no Railgun (A Certain Scientific Railgun), created by the talented Kamachi Kazuma and illustrated the awesome Haimura Kiyotaka !

Shizuri is a powerful esper of Level 5, known in Gakuen Toushi as "Meltdowner".
She has the ability to manipulate athoms (especially electrons) and converting them in energy to use as she prefers, usually, for destructive attacks.
Also, she's the leader of ITEM, a team of espers where all the members are girls.
She looks kind and elegant, but her personality is everything but that. She's easy to manipulate the others and she's the kind of person that can't lose to anyone. This is the reason why she's considered like a player that doesn't stop to play a game until she'll get 100% accuracy from it (and this is why I decided to call this site "100% complete")!
