Mana and Pharaoh's Atem are childhood friends. They talk very often together and both of them trust each other very much.
Since Mana is very friendly is hard for her calling a friend pharaoh, and everytime she has to do it, she corrects herself, but the most of the times she does it when she's in front other important people. She usually calls him Ouji.
Atem always tries to give her advises, and she tries to respect them, because she knows that he's very wise.
She would do anything for him, and at the final battle, she will heal his injuries in order to fight against Zorc.

WITH PRIEST MAHADO

Mahado and Mana are childhood friends too, but growing up, he will become her master and she will learn how to use magic from him. It seems that Mahado knows her very well, in fact he knows how to treat her to be heard.
She is very attached to him, in fact, when he will die, it will be a hard blow for her. She will cry a lot for him untill the moment in which she will decide to become a stronger magician. With the power that she will emit, she will menage to summon her ka, that is the Dark Magician Girl, and with that identity, she will save Mahado's life as Dark Magician. She will fight by his side 'till the end of the season.

WITH PRIEST ISIS

It is not sure, but it seems that Mana and Isis are two very good friends. Mana is very respectuful with her, it is shown in the moment in which Isis will try to console her from Mahado's death and when they will go together to collect all the Pharaoh's Millennium Items. In fact, when Isis will tell her to go on, it would be very difficult for Mana, because she knew she was going to die. She will cry a lot in this situation too, but this will help her to fight in a more determined way.

It would be strange if Mana and Seto would be close together, in fact this is not true! XD
She talked with him just few times, when Atem needed help and Mana offered her magic to help. We can just know that she considers him a good Priest and she's very respectful with him.

Mana and Shada will fight together two times in order to help the Pharaoh to go on. They get along very well.

For Mana, Siamun is simply the right hand man of her beloved Ouji, nothing more. In more than a situation he's there to reprimand her because of the way she calls Atem. Anyway, he will be the one who will try to comfort her after Isis' death and that will convince her to go on in spite of the things that happened.

WITH YUGI & CO.

When Mana meets Yugi, she thinks he's Pharaoh's Atem, but the guys will tell her that he's not him. When she knows that he's not her prince, she has to decide if she can trust them, and after a bit, she will be convinced and will go along with all of them with which is very friendly.
She will enjoy the time spent witht them and she will learn about the Dark Magician Girl until the moment that their road will be separated.
