I thought it was love at the first sight— ♥ He's really incredible, I love every shade of his adorable and tsundere personality, his way to think, his manners and the relationship with his team. He tries to hide it, but he's almost the pillar of support of the team when it comes about cheering up his teammates. He knows everyone so much well that he understands immediately how to deal with someone (and the others know very well how to do the same with him XD).
