Frenda is the most lively member of ITEM! It was a fortune that she has been developed a lot in the manga, while reading the light novels I was so disappointed... D: This is the only way to know which is her real personality! And she's lovely, though a bit high-spirited at times! XD She likes a lot to spend money and I can understand very well this part of her! ;_; I love when she tries to be arrogant and then she escapes when she can! XD And I adore her dolls and her intelligence, that is the thing that makes a Level 0 something that higher levels can't even imagine! ❤ (Oh yes, I won't say anything about the light novels here in order to avoid any kind of spoiler for people that are just watching Railgun S.)
