Hello! Welcome to "Eyes speak louder than words", the TFL approved fanlisting dedicated to Billy Wise , an eccentric rookie hero from the East Sector from the game HELIOS Rising Heroes, created and developed by the company Happy Elements K.K!

I think that Billy is the character that more than any other got my interest. It was little by little, a story after another, and now I think I totally adore this boy from the bottom of my heart!

Looking at him he's cheerful, sharp and good with everything, but the truth is that he's totally unpredictable, and everytime I think "Oh, I'm sure that now he'll do this!", then he does some other IMPOSSIBLE thing. I think that the fact that I can't see through him is the reason why I adore him and he makes me this crazy, because he's always a surprise after another for me and my heart bits so fast when I see a new side of him!
Speaking of this, beside being a hero, he works as an informant.

His way to make money is what makes him the most greedy person of the game, at least... at the begin. He's a poker face and thanks to his goggles he can lies as much as he wants and I (and many others) can't get what he means the most of the time, but there are also times that he says beautiful things with his real voice, for his real self.

He's a smiling person that loves candies, he also can do magic tricks, so he's very good with children! Also, his development as person and hero is soooooo goooood and sooooo biiiiiiggggg that many times I can't even realize that now he's a total different guy than before, and everything is thanks to the ones he loves, his comrades and especially Gray, the one that he considers his first, real biggest friend! Aaaaah, Billy is fantastic, isn't him? Oh, I also love his Cyber Strings, sooo cool! I think this is one of the few times in my life that I never thought that there is something in this boy that I don't looooooove!! Aaaah, I support Billy with al my heart and I wish him the biggest happiness in life! He's a beautiful person!!
