Welcome!

Hello! Welcome to "Artist of the Field", the TAFL approved fanlisting dedicated to Misaki Taro, an exstraordinary character from the series Captain Tsubasa, created and illustrated by the great Takahashi Yoichi !

Misaki is the character from the Nippon Team that I prefer the most! He is such a kind and sincere boy, and I started to love him since my childhood because of his inner strength!

He loves soccer with all his heart at the point that he considers the ball as a friend. And it is because he spent his childhood traveling because of the job of his father, and never had a real home in a city. But after meeting Tsubasa and the others his way to live changes, because they become friends that he'll never forget in the future, even if he'll have to change city again and again.

He also is so wonderful with the soccer ball that he's called the Artist of the Field, and Tsubasa and him are known as the Golden Combo together, because they are like a bomb!

I adore the fact that sport aside, there are a lot of things that Misaki loves, and he does them with a smile on his face! He also is an excellent student, and this is a rarity in this series...! But what surprised me of Misaki is the fact that his personality changed a lot while he grew up, because even if he always remains a kind person, he start to change as a player, becoming more egoistic and developing a more offensive personal technique, that totally changes his way to play!
